When I first went to see Dr Ali I was feeling very down & he immediately diagnosed that I had Psoriasis and I was prescribed medication. Dr Ali was very patient and kind. He answered all my questions very clearly and gave me sound advice about how to proceed with my medication. I think he is a huge asset to the Medical profession. Dr Ali has phoned me since my face to face meeting with him and once again was extremely caring and helpful on the phone.

I was seen at Manchester hospital on the Monday having made the call only the previous Friday. The speed of service was fantastic. Dr. Ali was my consultant dermatologist and frankly he is probably the nicest man I have ever met. The rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic especially with the level of professionalism shown in these uncertain times, it’s easy to loose focus of simple things like customer care. But Manchester Spire were fantastic, but definitely a special mention to Dr. Ali and his staff for their excellent service. Many thanks.
